Kids Maga Program for Ages 7-10 - The Kids Maga Program for ages 7-10 is geared toward providing a fun Krav Maga Self Defense curriculum while instilling the positive, life-changing benefits of Reality Based Protection Programs: respect for others, self-confidence, courtesy, obedience, humility, perseverance, honesty, integrity, and self-control. Kids Maga Program for Ages 11-14 - The Kids Maga Program for Tweens and Teens is designed to be a complete approach to training in the Krav Maga Self Defense for ages 11-14. Since the main focus of the training in this class is on the exciting martial arts curriculum while instilling the positive, life-changing benefits of Reality Based Protection Programs, tweens and teens are never bored with the classes! Krav Maga for Adults - Our Krav Maga Program for Adults teaches Krav Maga. Krav Maga is a Reality based martial art, which means we train with modern street applications of self-defense, and our focus is on empty hand tactics against armed and unarmed opponents. Krav Maga has evolved to deal with the current trends and tactics of today’s predator aggressors. This program is geared toward the student that desires to get in shape, reduce stress, meet friends and learn basic and advanced self-defense skills. This is a fun class that is an excellent for the adults of all ages!

Pressure Testing Preparation for Kids, Teens, and Adults - One of the unique classes we offer is the use of continuous surprise attacks in "pressure testing" periods of various lengths. This is where an individual is brought to a fatigued condition through fast, strenuous calisthenics, and then surrounded by various students, some armed some not, who attack one after another, with little rest in between. The student learns to react instinctively to gun threats, knife threats, punches, etc. This training allows the student to get used to the way that a fight can flow, from a gun threat, into a fist fight, which may then turn into a knife fight. This recognition of the multiple dimensions that a single fight can encompass and by training, a student starts with a short period of time and works their way up at their own pace to success!
Confined Space Training for Kids, Teens, and Adults – The Confined Space Training Course is for students that want to learn advanced techniques and take their skills to the next level! In this class we cover specialized tactics & elements which are useful in confined space and poor condition combat. In an aircraft, a train, bus, car or even an ambulance, the space within is small. We also cover adverse conditions such as: low or flashing light, loud noise, crowded spaces and more. We cover these intense scenarios and learn to come away safely!
